I am not sure what that screen is.

The only setup required in GitLab is creating an application, and the screen looks like this: [https://docs.drone.io/installation/gitlab/single-machine/#create-an-oauth-application](https://docs.drone.io/installation/gitlab/single-machine/#create-an-oauth-application)

When you activate a repository in Drone it automatically creates a webhook using the GitLab API.
