# Still get license limit exceeded after installing license

I’ve verified I’ve got the license successfully installed by hitting the `/varz` endpoint after following the [instructions](https://docs.drone.io/server/reference/drone-license/).

However, from the UI, I still see the `YOUR LICENSE LIMIT IS EXCEEDED` red banner. Is there something else I need to do to complete the install?
