On promoted build UI is showing current build number, and not the number of the build that was promoted:
promoted build “#nnnn” to “xxxx”
→ nnnn is the same as current build number on the line above:
“#nnnn”

Also noticed this. It seems to be a frontend bug, as the build is made correctly
