Drone does not recognize write permissions on bitbucket server

Hi all, we are running drone 1.10.1 with bitbucket server and it seems that only repository admins are capable of restart builds or see settings for the project.

As you can see the user k8s_testuser has write privileges on bitbucket but the user can not restart builds nor see settings to configure secrets.

According to users this was possible before, something that could change in bitbucket to cause this behavior??

i’ve checked the api for the repository and i realized that drone does not detect the write permissions for the user.
