Drone-runner-digitalocean new release with ssh retry fix

Hi there,

I was facing ssh connection timeout issues with digitalocean build runner lot of time and decided to find out the cause and it looks like it is already raised and fixed here https://github.com/drone-runners/drone-runner-digitalocean/pull/2 but still there’s no new release. I can build the runner and push it to our own repository but it would be awesome if we could create a bug fix release or something.

fyi drone/drone-runner-digitalocean:latest will have the latest changes

Yes I saw that but I can’t rely on latest as any new commit can change things a bit hence was asking for a release if possible :slight_smile:
