Error: Container name is already in use

I get this from time to time:

Error response from daemon: Conflict. The container name "/0_2696931754984343768_clone" is already in use by container "75f74597934a142e8559104dba9bc0770e39e771e58ab25304fdea1202e6dc3d". You have to remove (or rename) that container to be able to reuse that name.

Any idea what it could be? Anyone seen this before?

having this issue too (likely after enabling parallel builds). any resolution?
